REU is pleased to let our clients know about our new, Best’s Rated A XV,
in-house underwriting facility.

We are very excited to bring this product to you. Designed for the small to medium size commercial account, the facility will entertain property, including wind/hail, and general liability for a broad range of classes on a monoline or package basis.

Our guidelines will accommodate all construction classes with frame being written as close to the shoreline as 2.5 miles. Age is not an issue however we are looking for the necessary building updates for older properties. Pricing and deductibles are competitive, especially in northeast Florida.
